OPDone
Built for Indian clinics · GST-ready billing

The clinic runs.
You just run it.

OPDone is one system for the front desk, the consulting room and the accounts book — appointments, patient records, prescriptions, billing and payroll, across every branch you own.

Everything in one place

The whole clinic, not just the calendar

Most practices stitch together a booking app, a spreadsheet and a billing book. OPDone replaces all three, and keeps every branch on the same records.

  • Appointments

Book, reschedule and track the day's queue.

  • Patient records

    Demographics, history and visit notes.

  • Consultation workspace

Structured in-room notes, vitals and follow-up planning.

  • Billing

Raise bills, take payments and issue receipts.

  • Documents

Prescriptions, certificates and letters on clinic letterhead.

  • Payroll

    Staff salaries, advances and payslips.

  • Multiple clinics

Run more than one branch from a single login.

  • WhatsApp reminders

Appointment reminders sent to the patient's phone.

  • Online payment gateway

Take card and netbanking payments through Razorpay.

  • Reports & exports

Revenue, footfall and doctor-wise performance, exportable.

  • Interns

Take on interns on a stipend, with front-desk access but no clinical authority.

  • Audit log

Who did what, when — retained for compliance.

How it works

One record, from the front desk to the ledger

Nothing gets typed twice. What reception books is what the doctor opens, what the doctor does is what the bill charges for.

  1. 01

    The patient books

    Receptionist

Reception takes the call or the patient walks in. The slot is checked against the doctor's real schedule, so a double booking is not possible. A WhatsApp reminder goes out on its own.

  2. 02

    The doctor consults

    Doctor

The record opens with history, allergies and past visits already on screen. Vitals, notes and the follow-up plan are captured in the room, not written up afterwards.

  3. 03

    The prescription prints

    Doctor

Prescriptions, certificates and letters come out on clinic letterhead, saved against the visit — so the same document is there at the next appointment.

  4. 04

    The bill settles

    Receptionist

The invoice is raised from what was actually done, with GST applied correctly. Take cash, UPI, card or netbanking; the receipt issues itself and the day's collection updates.

  5. 05

    The month closes

    Owner

Revenue, footfall and doctor-wise performance are already totalled. Staff salaries, advances and payslips run from the same data — nothing is re-entered.

Access control

Everyone sees their own job

Four roles, allow-listed from nothing. A receptionist cannot prescribe. An intern gets the front desk and no clinical authority — prescriptions carry a doctor’s registration number and are not delegable.

One clinic never sees another

Separation is enforced in the database itself with row-level security, not by a filter in the application. A query that forgets its clinic returns nothing rather than someone else’s patients.

Pricing

Priced per clinic, not per patient

Appointments, patient records and billing are on every plan — a clinic system that can be stripped of its appointment book is not a cheaper product. Everything above that scales with you.

Questions

The things clinics ask first

Can we move our existing patient records in?

Yes. Send us what you have — a spreadsheet, an export from your current software, even a register — and we import demographics, history and outstanding balances before you go live.

What happens if the internet drops mid-consultation?

Work in progress stays in the browser and syncs when the line returns. Billing and prescriptions confirm against the server, so nothing is issued twice.

Is patient data safe, and where does it live?

Records are held in an Indian-region database with row-level security, so one clinic's data is unreachable from another's session. Access is per-role, and every change is attributable to the person who made it.

Do we need new hardware?

No. OPDone runs in the browser on the computers, tablets and phones you already have. Prescriptions print to any existing printer.

We run three branches. Is that three subscriptions?

One. Multi-clinic is a plan feature, not a separate account — you sign in once and switch branches, and the owner sees all of them together.

How long does setup take?

A single clinic is usually live the same week: we create the account, import records, add your letterhead and train the front desk. Chains take longer, and we do it branch by branch.

Can we leave and take our data?

Yes. Patient records, invoices and documents export on request in a standard format. It is your data.

See it against your own clinic

Thirty minutes, your actual workflow, your actual numbers. If it does not fit how you already work, we will tell you.

No card required to see a demo.
